There is a guy on this site I was dating. We hit it off for maybe three months then stuff started getting wierd. I found out he was engaged/married when we were dating and having sex. Funny thing is he still has his account looking for a girl friend. ... Is this something you could take to court and try to solve? Not to get him back just for closure.

What would you take him to court for?? He's obviously a dog just looking for some side action (if in fact you know he's truly married) Move on and just be glad you found out now before you invested much more time into him.

In a relationship, unless he made you do something against your will, there is no redress to be found through the legal system. Sadly, there are many out there, both men and women, that behave like the character you mention. I'm sorry you had this bad experience. You do have one, important consolation. Whether he is aware of it or not, he's a very miserable person and he has the misery of living with himself. I'm a firm believer in what goes around, comes around. All that he dishes out will one day come around back at him.

I think mingle should find the guy who has this account and de activate it. Because thats not okay. I would take it to court hell. Then see how it goes. What is his user name?

Seriously, Miss I just looked at your profile, you are beautiful, bright & seem to be activly pursueing worthwhile things in life. Don't waste any more time on this guy. You deserve better. With your activities you will find someone else who is suited for you!

Ah, silly ladies. Misspharry: Want closure? Say his username in this post. People will start talking to him, getting to know him, pretending to laugh at his stupid jokes, telling him how manly and awesome he is and what big teeth he has. Then they will become his friend, get to know where he lives, maybe get his address, then maybe they would: Call a dozen pizza places and order 3 pizzas from each one to be delivered to his house. Call a delivery service and send flowers to his house "signed, Brutis, you Ex-Con Gay Lover -Smooches". Order DISH if he has cable, order cable if he has DISH. Order a gay stripper. Just egg his house. Send him letters from his Gay lover. Listen to "Think before he cheats" and use your imagination. Guys acting like a holes sucks, and legally you can't do much. The good news is, you also can't do much for the above, if you're sneaky like he was. HEY!! Make a "Cheaters List" post on this site and put his name as the first entry. Thank you for having joined us for how to be a vengeful beotch 101. Tomorrows lesson: Don't EFF with my feelings or I'll slash your tires and blame it on Aunt flow. Seriously, justice is justice. Don't let someone use you. Just be smart about it and don't break any law you would get in serious trouble for, and don't hurt anyone besides him. I don't know what you could do about it...I doubt you could take it to court though. This can happen when you meet someone in the flesh as well, so it's not something you can expect to put a stop to, but just alert people to be cautious of happening to them. I met a man in a book store once and dated him for almost 6 months before accidentally discovering his wife and three children back in NY. Some are very good at keeping another life hidden...especially in an LDR.
