I had no problems signing into justsayHi but I cannot access Mingles.com.

I went to start over but . . . it is saying the Name is already in use. That's because it's me on Justsay Hi.

Can anyone assist?

done that its not working using the same user name,and besides i like jush better at least you can talk to real people and not bots

Still will not accept my User Log-In or password.

Can the individuals that manage the site please intervene?

If the home page is coming up, and you are unable to log in, try the following...

for internet explorer...click tools, internet options, check the boxes...clear cache, browsing history, cookies, click ok, and reboot.

for mozilla firefox, click tools, select clear private data, and reboot.

If you have already done this, and you still cannot log in, let me know and i will get an admin to test your account.

Please double check your password and user name.

well i could receive alot of hate mail for this.
but the problem is not the log in so much as accessing the site itself.
the pierce county library computers which r refurbished from microsoft would not load the page first of all.

the little blue loading icon....would go half way and quit. it was not overload because other pages would load such as hotmail or msn....or yahoo.
then, u could not log in because the mingle2.com web page would not load either. u do have to spell things right or it will kick u off saying it does not recognize u...

that has to be a web developer's problem. now tell me if i am wrong, and i will invent someother type of scenario to biach about....

The site name does have to be entered exactly. I have accessed Mingle2 many times from other computers, i do not think we have a problem there.

The thing with public computers, is they are on a networked system. The settings are determined by the system admin. You might try asking them why you cannot access.
