This is a question concentrated for theists to answer. Of course everyone is entitled to answer these questions regardless of belief or not.

I would like to know where does a baby go if they have died? I am mentioning of a baby who didn't have the chance to believe in a god or had the chance to get baptised. Do they go to a heaven or do they go straight to hell?

If they didn't have a chance to believe in a religion because they weren't introduced to it will they still go to a hell.

If an adult dies who was never introduced to a religion does he or she go to a hell? If he or she never knew of a religion because he lived in a environment that didn't have the opportunity or information to believe in it would he or she go to hell?

I ask this because I have observed for some time now that one has to have faith and believe in something to be saved to enter a certain world or acceptance when one dies.

Please do not offend each other when answering this. Thank you.

In the bible it states that a child is of innocence and knows only that of God. For this he or she is born unto the father and if they die shall be with him by his side in heaven. For God allowed this creation of a child and all are his children and will be with him.

ALL Babies are in heaven....Period.

Babies are not held accountable, since they never reached an age ,to where they could understand the things of God.

God never holds any accountable, who aren't yet at the age of accountablity.

that's how i was brought up too... that children are automatically accepted because they can't be held accountable. as for others, the Bible says that one of our jobs as Christians is to "go into all the world." but i'm still not sure of whether or not adults who never had the chance to learn go to heaven or hell.

I was gonna say that..soo if you are a Believer in God and the Bible, the baby goes to heaven,b/c it is still pure and innocent, and does not need to ask for forgiveness for its sins, or even believe that there is a god.

Thank you for the quick insights on the babies issue, yet what about the adults?

If an adult dies who was never introduced to a religion does he or she go to a hell? If he or she never knew of a religion because he lived in a environment that didn't have the opportunity or information to believe in it would he or she go to hell?

What if a adult lived in a environment that was not introduced to Christianity and knows nothing of it? Where does he or she go?

For example many of the tribes that still exist who live in the jungles? Where do they go?

Same as everyone else - in the ground or in the sea to be worm or fish food!

BUT ...
lets say you believe

If babies go to heaven when they die, why do christians oppose abortion clinics?

surely if heaven is such a great place then aborting is a great way of getting your child upstairs?

Instead of opposing abortions, we should be building more clinics.

Adults have the knowledge of right and wrong. They need to ask for forgiveness and so the bible says forgive 7 times 77. Even if you are baptized you can backslide, if you keep repeating your sins and you know you are doing wrong, God knows this and he will look down upon you. You must be sincere when you ask for forgiveness!!

God gives EVERY man opportunty to Know him.......there is a hunger to know God , born in every man.

And becasue that hunger to know God is born in every man's heart,God will reach some one , even on the back side of a desert ,or in the farthest jungle.
(God will send ministering angels if He has to, to give every man a chance to Know Him).

God will even send someone (could even again, be a ministering angel), at one's final hour , to reach him.
God is that patient and loving.

Btw...God NEVER rejects Man.
Man Rejects God.

Okay this isn't answering my question?

You say god sends angels, yet doesn't a Christian have to go through procedures to be fully accepted to enter heaven.

One has to be baptised right?

Let us say a African tribes man that lives in a hut and has done a good job feeding his family and living a life off of nature, yet never was introduced to Christianity. Not one missionary or preacher came to this tribe to show the bible and its teachings for example.

Does he still go to heaven regardless he was not introduced to Christianity?

In the Catholic religion, a child is baptized shortly after birth to wash away original sin which all humans are born with. But if a child dies before this baptism then the other rules apply and I believe a child under the age of 5 or 6 and it may be a bit older than this, is incapable of sinning so they are still considered innocent. If a priest is able to give last rights then the child will be absolved of sins also.

This is one of my questions that can never be answered by a christian. Naturally, they will want to say that yes because of his good soul he will be considered for heaven, but I believe by all teachings the answer is no, he is not eligible for the christian heaven.

I can only go on what I was taught and I believe according to the Catholic Church all children under the age of 7 would go to heave. I believe the church considers 7 to be old enough to reason right and wrong and to commit a sin requires the understanding to know you are sinning and to do it anyway. Young children don't have this capacity, so God doesn't hold them responsible.

You are incorrect. If one has not heard of Jesus, such as tribes in Africa assuming there are no missionaries, they are not held responsible for not following the teachings. Age of reason would still stand for children.

I know this may sound silly for most but what about all the animals that live on our planet? What happens to them? Do they go to heaven or a hell?

Again I can only go on what I was taught. This is that animals lack a soul so they go to neither place. This is a sad thought though, I know a lot of us would like to see an old pet again.

so animals don't have souls you say and that is why they don't go to heaven? They become food for the worms so to say? Or do they go to hell??
