Are you more likely to befriend someone who you can relate to/have something in common with or do you become friends with those that you wish to become/to learn from that are very different from you and your experiences?

I love learnig from people. I know myself, I just would love experiences outside of what I am and experience all that I am not.

I would befriend both. It's interesting meeting people who are opposite of you. You never know what you may learn. It would keep me on my toes. I also like to befriend people I have things in common with.

Both for me. I enjoy the famaliarity with those like me and the differences with those unlike me. I always admire intelligence. I never want to be like anyone else though. I am me and that is good enough.

I tend to befriend people who are different from me so I can learn from them and I find differences to be interesting

As long as they aren't just trying to use me for something ...I try to be friends with them all.
