tho i may not be the best one here to offer advice, i also know that i am not the worst.

my advice for everyone.. and in responce to a lot of advice threads that i have seen recently..

1, long distance relationships only work if you are honest, if you are BOTH honest.. with your feelings, your emotions, and your past/present/future.. these are teh hardest realtionships to keep going... they require constant care.. a LOT of TRUST.. and for some of us that trust one comes hard.. but it is possible.. and the distance will work out.. but the relationship growth can be done if both parties are commited to making it work....

2, love.. if you love someone.. truley love them.. be PATIENT.. many people have been hurt.. most everyone in fact.. and we have emotional baggage.. trust comes hard for us.. and love is not as freely given as it was in the past... and support them.. if they feel the same about you they will see your efforts and they will love you more for your patient support while they delt with how they were feeling for you.. and then do EVERY LITTLE THING IN YOUR POWER TO NEVER HURT THEM... as that is why it was so hard for you in the first place...

3, COMMUNICATE!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is where i particularly struggle.. i do not like to talk about anything bad that is happening to me.. i should be able to deal with it myself.. and if i cant.. i can hide it from everyone.... thats not how it works... share not only the good in your life. but the day to day mundaneness and the bad/scary things as well...
