Not my business, However my mother smoked while she was pregnant with me, infact she's 74 & still smokes.

If they asked for my opinion, maybe...otherwise I'm a strict 'live and let live' kind of person...they are adults and make their own choices. However, if it was my child she was carrying...(yeah, I know that's weird...) I'd most certainly have a say in the matter.

I have only expressed my opinion to a close friend. Of course she had her excuses lined up in response. There is no changing someone's mind. They know its not right but will try to convince themselves and everyone else that it's okay. My friend's child is now a servere asthmatic. Not to say its the fault of her smoking while pregnant but she still has not stopped smoking around him. Some people only think of themselves.

If it was someone I knew I would be all up in their face about it because I care about them and the baby. If it was someone I don't know-I think I might give an odd look but they know what they are doing is wrong-they don't need me to tell them the obvious.
