Anything before 10 am is rude (and who cuts grass when the dew is that thick). Anythng before 9 am is just mean.
I used to have a neighbor that every saturday would blow the leaves out of his gutters at 8 am. Four weeks of that, and we had a discussion. (I warned him I would start practicing my drums at midnight). |
