On JSH I have a whole selection of Emoticon's to choose from when I post in a thread or when I write an email, but now in M2 I don't see the Emoticon's to choose from. I've been manually typing them in but it's a serious drag! How do I get my emoticon's back to choose from?

you have to click on "add smiley"

I did click on add smiley and it still doesnt work HELPPPPPPPPPP

Hi, KimNBama. First, you'll want to try clearing your machine's cache. If that doesn't do the trick, then you might want to leave us your operating system and browser version (you can email the information to me). A few users have reported the same issue, so it might be due to a certain computer setup.
