Right on! I have gone through two belt sizes and now am at the level where thats it. No mas! All I can say is when you get a new one buy it a little on the small end. Jeff

welldone, how did you loose the weight?? i been a total gym rat lately, besides that just using common sense on my diet and using supplements.
