Very interesting indeed.Well I go could go on much further but this thread would become a Novelia.Simply awful & the dependency aspect is very dangerous also amongst other issues.(imo)

And to think I thought it was just a new light bulb that lasted longer then the others. God help me if one of mine breaks.
I think I'll just go back to my dollar a box simple bulbs until they are no longer available. Seems a lot more simpler. |

I also knew of the mercury in them, but didn't know about all that goes into the removal and the dangers to our homes and life. While I appreciate the effort to save energy....this is dangerous.
