HELL NO - I don't know the specifics of course, but do not go back to him. Physically and verbally abuse? You don't deserve that. Can I ask why you didn't stop him? I'd have been off that table in a split second! It's wrong for many reasons. How do you know that he washed his hands after touching his last patient? What did they have that he maybe gave to you? Like someone else said, here in the US, someone else has to be in the room for those exams. And if you told him NO - you didn't wanna be examined and he did it anyway? You need to report him, PERIOD and do NOT go back. Just my opinion of course. thanks for your opinion. i think the thing that bothers me most is he did a vaginla exam with no gloves and he never washed his hands. 
well i said no to the examination, and he said he had to, this doctor as been virbually abusive to me before and im pretty scared of him, so i just did as he said. hes been very virbually agreesive to me before, and he has to other patients to, he has a reputation and not a good one. |

Well when a doctor examines your bum, sometimes you just drop pants and bend over the table. But THEY DO WEAR GLOVES. Kinda scary though, I mean imagine if that wasn't his finger but something else  Anyways, what do you plan on doing from this violation? What is your action?
i didnt bend over anything, he told me to bend over standing up. i have no idea what to do.

Sounds like you need to find another Dr. you can trust and not be afraid of. You shouldn't have to be afraid of your Dr. You can have all your medical records sent to the new Dr.

I sure can, this guy deserves to be taken for everything he has from you and others who've been through similiar. You could actually blow the lid off this guy really when you think about it if you spoke up.

a doctor does a examination of your bum, doesnt put you on the examaming bed, and just tells you to stand up, bend over, lower your pants and then he opens your butt cheeks wearing no gloves??

If you make a complaint now, he is going to say it's your word against his,it will be very messy to prove this.You should have gone straight to the reception desk and report it !! i didnt think to, i didnt even know if he was wrong in doing what he did, thats why i started this thread. Plus I would have stopped him when I noticed he didn't put gloves on and told him to or I'd be off the table in a heartbeat. If he'd been verbally abusive before and I felt uncomfortable with his practices before, there's no way in hell, I'd go back. I would have transferred doctors months ago if I were having doubts if what he was doing as a doctor was inappropriate. |

You shouldn't have to be afraid of your Dr. You can have all your medical records sent to the new Dr. i think thats what im going to do. i came out crying yeaterday because he was nasty to me. infact whenever i see him i normally come out crying because hes been vibually rude and agressive to me, and he does this with other patients to, not just me. i am very scared of him. |

Are you sure he's not one of those "fast track" doctors? He certainly needs a lot more training if not to brush up on his "bedside manner" certainly to re-train to become a "proper" doctor............This bloke is a MAJOR joke and belittling a very professional profession!! |

i asked him if i could see another doctor in the same practice, but he refuses, he says im the only doctor you can see here, no one else in this practice.
