I leave it up to the women,,,But I like a women who feel's she doesn't need to wear makeup!!!! So I guess it would be no on the lipstick!!!!!

it is a lot of fun to have some good lipstick or gloss and smear it ever so slooooowly with gently pressed lips once in a while... also like lots of teasing of barely brushing lips at the beginning and ending of a kiss which is easier without stick or gloss however...licking/biting can substitute
watch the hands and rest of the body too...
