ok so i met a guy on here and it has gotten really serious! The thing is my parents are ultra conservative and I dont know how to tell them that i met a guy ONLINE who lives 1100 miles away and has a DAUGHTER! love your parents and respect them......but dont have them make all your decisions in life! choose who you want......its your life!

Just be honest with them. Let them know how you really feel. They still might not approve but at least you've been upfront with them. Good luck.

Explain to them that you area smart girl capable of making informed decisions, and mature. Point out the qualities that make you good in there eyes and don't lie about anything. Then be honest with them. It won't be easy, but hey, what is?

Tell the it's important to you, that you think you both can make it work, and its where your heart is. Tell them your nervious about what there going to say about it, because you do respect their views, but will continue on your own path reguardless. And that your also worried about what they will say if it doesn't work out.
