Only if you let it. I am the master of my own destiny, I'm just not the type who will force the issues. I let life come to me most of the time. My ex on the other hand can't live down her past because of her family, and allows them to influence her to the point of giving up on happiness, or even the possibility that anyone else could love her like I did.... It's a choice!
