Like I said I like to walk, it keeps me in fairly good shape. Still need to lose some more weight though.

I used to walk quite a bit on my lunch break and just in the course of my job, but now I'm not walking as much. I can tell the difference. I have this little "pouch" going on that wasn't there before.

I know what you mean, I had 2 surgerys on my knee at the end of sept. and beginning of nov. last year. I'm just starting to walk again. It was a real bummer. I hated just sitting around all the time. I was able to walk short distances, but he wouldn't let me walk as far as I used to until about a month ago. Don't know why though.

Yeh I know, he loves putting snakes(rubber) on ladies shoulders and in their purses to scare them. He's to much.
No, they removed a tumor from behind my knee on my femur. It was benign. Then in nov. I had a torn maniscus they went all the way around my knee.

I don't like to be tied down, I like to be on the go, that's the only thing that keeps me young. Well younger.

I certainly understand that! I NEED to be busy! I need to be moving.

They seem to think that when someone passes the 50 or 60 mark that there's not to much we can do, but, they are so wrong.

Isn't that the truth! There are people of all ages where I work, and some of us older workers run circles around the younger ones. Sad but true!

That's because we are used to working and they don't want to.

That's right. You're probably like me -- and always worked for what we had.

Yeh, I've worked since I was 16. Took care of my mom after my dad died.
