i think ive got spiderfobia to.

im paranoid now, i keep thinking its come back in, or it fell somewhere before she put it outside.

My phobia began when I was 3 or 4 and my parents were pottytraining me...I was sitting on the crapper when I noticed a strange object that I had never encountered before moving around on the rim of a vase. Curious as to what it was (it was partially concealed), I reached out for it. To my utter horror, a huge daddy longlegs crawled out of the vase and went all the way up my arm to my shoulder. I did what any 3-year old would do when coming face to face with such a shock. I went into hysterics.

Ever since then, it's been war, either me or them.

When I was in my early 20s, my dad built a shack for me so I could live by myself on my parents' lot...every summer, that shack would always become infested, and I credit that whole experience for somewhat desensitizing my spider fear...although I still am to this day terrified of daddy longlegs...they all must die!!!!!!

i dont like killing them, but when im alone i have to, ive even rang my brother who lives 30 mins away to come and put a spider outside, but he wouldnt, i had put a glass cup over it, hopeing my brother would come and he didnt and called me a wuss, so i had to kill it.

I'm weird about spiders. I'm not scared of them if they are alive and moving around, but if they are dead with their legs folded up than i'm scared of them and won't go near it, because i'm scared it will jump up at me.

Love them, they keep other pesky insects out of my room.
