I did not choose to be a shy person, I just find it very hard to speak to someone

I, personally love to approach shy people. I love when they star coming out into the open. Makes me feel privileged when they do. Like they're comfortable with me and can be frank. Or Jake or Sally. Whoever they wanna be. 
Shy people are just too into themselves, not thinking about the other person but only worrrying about how THEY feel. |

I think those that are overcome with shyness it's due to insecurity.

why not listen to the advise instead of repeating the question sunshine?
let loose, be yourself, be confident, what do you have to lose but the fear of inadequacy. the only person responsible for how you as a person act/react, is you.

I find it very hard to look at someone and speak to them
even someone I have known for about 12 years, stil there isnt much conversation between us |

In a sense, I think I am greedy for not speaking to other I really do have a very hard time holding a conversation in person if you're a guy its quite easy really....women love to talk....ask them to tell you about what they did today....then ask them about their past relationships & about the last episode of Sex & the City....hide your ipod under your shirt....and be prepared for an enjoyable evening....
