I would choose neither since a healthy relationship means having love flow from both partners towards each other. One sided love just will not make both happy. Staying by someone you don't love is not fair to that person either since I'm sure she would want to be with someone who loves her.

Sounds like you need to leave both of them alone. If the one who loves you, you do not return the love then you are using her and the one you love does not feel the same for you then you are setting yourself up for heartache. So move on from both and find a mutual love with someone else. JMO of course
