Topic: Candlelight dinner....

I still do candlelit dinners, and cook myself the finest foods, I still feel romantic and just because Im on my own doesnt mean I have to put these feelings in a box somewhere. Pamper yourself Good for you. I couldn't do that without feeling extremely lonely, so I don't, but whatever makes you feel good I think is a good thing... You dont actually feel lonely...it makes you feel special, you learn to appreciate yourself for who you are

For a long time, I attempted it once a week...but after a few years of heating his plate up at 9:30 when he finally got home from work, I called it quits. Damn workaholics! Been there, done that I feel your pain. Not so painful to decide on a better life for yourself.

We are all different in our priorities...and he now has someone who appreciates his MasterCard more than his time..so it worked out nicely really. HA! True though They are friends of mine, and really do make a great couple...I shouldn't tease because they have a different idea of success than I do....I just feel they'll miss out on a lot of things that could make them happier than status and prestige. If that's truly what they desire, who am I to judge?

Dont be used like that The end is in sight very soon... After 4 years she has finally accepted I deserve my freedom no matter how much she needs me. I'm just helping her out until her chemo is done and she gets back to work. The downside is that I may have lost a chance with someone on this site because of my ongoing relationship with her... I guess we all pay for the decisions we make...

I think keeping romance alive is very important.. and being spontaneous adds spice as well! mainly when the guy has a lovely bunch of coconuts How many swallows does it take to carry a coconut anyway??? why , how many have you swallowed ?
