I have always been disconcertingly attracted to girls with glasses. The ones who read a lot, can explain the difference between archaeopteryx and sinornis (surprisingly few actually know this), the ones who know the name of Harry "Rabbit" Angstrom's son without looking it up -- wow....I get woozy just thinking about it, especially when there's a gas leak next door. Computer-geek girls are attractive, too. Although I have no use for the ones who are experts on LOTR or Star Wars. Ick, what am I supposed to be, a nerd-lover?
Can I get credit for one out of two? I know what an archaeopteryx is. I think I need to take another pic with my glasses on.

Sure! Sinornis is just another proto-bird, this one's fossils were found in China, hence the Sino- prefix, and "ornis" for "bird." Let's see them specs! |

I knew LOTR way before the movies. I grew up watching Star Trek (but never attended a convention or dressed up.) I read and write fantasy novels. I play RPGs. I'm a computer teacher. I graduated college with a 3.9 GPA. I have glasses. I have asthma. I am HOT!
