ok is there anything out there that will get rid of my puff over my eyes? I get enough sleep. I cant seem to get rid of them an it pi$$es me off..makes me look tired when Im not an people ask me all the time.

i know it seems cheesy but it works... lotion, and then chilled cucumber slices, really thin. it totally helps the puffy look

preparation H... it shrinks the tissue.. never tried it but I have patients that swear by it...

when you make tea, instead of throwing out the tea bags put them in the fridge, in the morning take them and put them on your eyes for a little bit (throw away after used).

get some Preperation H cream....I swear it's no joke, rub it on there at night for a few days and you'll notice a difference. the swelling and puffiness will go down.

preparation H... it shrinks the tissue.. never tried it but I have patients that swear by it... I've heard the same thing...shrinks the swelling, works on pimples too they say!

take an iron supplement. My eyes get like that too, it usually means my iron is low

I've heard that Miss America pageant contestants and supermodels use Preparation H to ease the puffiness around eyes and stuff.
