Hi bonnie, sorry your having problems with the smileys and your comp. Have to tried to go into help and restore and restore it to a different day that might help. go back maybe a wk and see what that does. I have to do it every wonce in awhile with mine. just go to start and you should see the help part

I have to do it every wonce in awhile with mine. just go to start and you should see the help part i went around & around with restore. tried to go back to the 8th? would'nt go beyond todays back up & date it said i could but would'nt do it. i saw it written in "bugs" to try restore for the "error on page" i keep getting. i went to JSH & just clicked on mingle2 by accident i have smileys ????
