then just disable your IM...or report the guy to Mike and Van.
If he attempts to email you, you will have an option to block him...problem solved. |

If you go to the right of his pic, I beleive the block feature is there. If not or it won't work, click on the pic and it SHOULD bring up his profile. In his profile, hit the block user button. Otherwise, I am nonplussed!!
