When someone sees that i have guy friends online,they take me as being gay?WTF...are guys not allowed to have guy friends on the internet? i get emails all the time on different sites from guys that start flirting with me and when i tell them i'm not gay,they say "well i seen you have guys in your friends list,so i thought you were". am i the only one this happens to? i'm not talking about just on JSH,i'm also talking about myspace,myyearbook,facebook....etc

I've got lots of male friends here, and I've never been approached by anyone who assumed I was gay because of it.... On the other hand, I always more or less assumed that everyone on Myspace was gay....

I got that when I put up a picture of my cat. Even worse was that I was getting it from the ladies, too- for some reason, being a dude AND a cat owner made me light in the loafers or something. It's funny how myths and stereotypes perpetuate themselves even on the Internet.

I have a lot of gal friends here and maybe that's why a woman asked me out last night and then again today. I don't date women...I don't date at all. My profile says so...Quite plainly.

Who cares what people think as long as you know the truth and just cause you have a few guys as a friend does not mean your gay whatsoever! I hope girls do not get it wrong!

Yanno,,,I recently got an email that bluntly asked if i was a lesbian I replied "no" No offense meant, no offense taken But that's just me

Sorry dude... I have alot of guy friends on myspace... Never happened to me. On the brighter side... Gay guys are wayyy pickier than women... So If you get hit on, That means that there's an even better chance that women like you.
