I'm tired, my head aches. Am I pathetic if I want to go to bed at only 7:00 pm? It feels pathetic.

hope u feel better... i had one of those sinus headaches today It is something in the air. Eyes hurt and swollen glands. I hear the pollen is terrible out.

it doesn't need to be dark to sleep, just close your eyes......i sleep during the day all the time and i occasionally go to bed early too.
