Topic: Why should it bother me now?

Disclaimer-Poetry is not my speciality Why should it bother me now? You don't belong to me anymore. It's been over long enough for me not to care. So, why does knowing all the things you are doing and saying to her bother me so? Because you never did them with me and you didn't care enought to say them to me. Why should it bother me now?

Worst part is, we've been divorced for over 3 years, he spent some time as a guest of the state, got out, one week later, new girlfriend and I am still alone!!!!!

We care because we blame ourselves and wonder what is wrong with us......but the thing is it isn't just us. It takes two and maybe they just never cared enough to start with and just maybe the problem was them. I been there too and feel your pain and time helps but the pain lessens but never completely leave. It leaves scares but we do get better.

Poetry may not be your 'specialty', but when you write something that touches so many, it shows you certainly have a knack for it.

Been there done that and know what you mean. Why should it bother me now? When I look back and put pieces together...it wasn't all me. Then I felt better knowing, I'm better than that. You should too sweetie.
