Yes, even if neither of us were rich I still think it's a good idea and would make things alot simpler.

Yes I would. But only if one of the clauses was that if one cheats they have to kill themselves. thats the way to go there!

i would want one...i got nothing outta my marriage and i put in alot! working 3 jobs while he was going 8-10wks between pay checks...so, um, yeah.
