I work out 3 times a week, although I haven't been for 2 weeks because I was doing my finals and then i took a vacation.
I need to lose my "big-ness" haha. |

When I was younger I did 3 days a week weight lifting
And 4 years of Tae kwon do |

i try for 3-4 times a week when i get home from work

No.......I just work my butt of at work!!! Best exercize in the world!!

I stay in shape...if I were to get buff I would have to put my head through a wall...well, try to put my head through a wall.

i work out 4-5 times a week but i concentrate on my lower body, rather than have a great upper body. i feel its good to be hearty healthy rather than have a fantastic six pack!

Yes, i hr hoop dance or 45 min. treadmill 5-7 days a week...other aerobic excercise and stretchs...weight workout with dumbbells.
