when I was in middle east working one of the delicacies offered to me to eat was I will tell you in a minute but in order not to upset the sheikh we ate it and was delicious too Don't start any comments please in 20 years I have heard it all . When bbqing do not put salt on it it shrivels and disappears cook without salt add later. Cows Testicles. Serious should say Bulls actually
