Depends on the scar, location and how deep. Cocoa butter can decrease them and they also make a dimishing cream found in Walmart, etc...that will help as well.

Time, sunscreeen, and make-up. The OTC stuff is mostly crapola.
Consult a dermatologist if it is something you are really upset about. |

Maybe try Bio Oil. It helped with my pregger daughter's stretch marks and says it's good for scars, too.
