Congrats on your recovery. I just nailed my tailbone on a flashlight and my actvity level is at 0 myself. I normally run 3x a week for about 3-5 miles depending on weather, so its literally a pain in my a$$.

Since I am going to be spending alot of time in the same building as you over the next few months, I am going to get you motivated again. 10Ks here we come! thanks for getting me out there today. I needed motivation. My foot doesn't even hurt -does yours?

Ouch I did that once rollerblading..I couldn't even sit on the weight bench without excruciating pain..

Tried it again today..added a moderate hill this time..MidwestGal smoked me..I thought I was going to turn inside out, I was breathing so hard. Need to keep at it.

I love taking long walks, but I usually do mine at night; an hour or two is great if the weather's amenable.

Here, it would get you killed to walk at night. I used to when I lived in the suburbs. I know some people who do night hikes on the Appalachian Trail here in PA.
