I didn't look at your profile, but I can tell you that there are plenty of decent men out there (on this site even) as I have crossed paths with quite a few and have met in person a couple.. one of which I'm crazy about and soon, plan to commit myself to wholeheartedly..

It all takes time and unfortunately, when you're not coming across those you wish to, then it's probably time to adjust the bar a little. Sounds as though you might want to raise your expectations of not only yourself, but those you interact with and allow to enter your life (regardless of the level of relations). It's not a bad thing. We're entitled to seeking in other what matters most to us as individuals. Our needs and desires might not accommodate everyone, but there are specifics out there to whom they will (and vice versa). I personally have high standards and refuse to budge much when it comes to people I wish to have in my life. There are many out there whose standards are just as high, if not higher.

Keep the faith and be true to yourself and what you're seeking. No reason to question it dear.. I've been searching for yrs. since my divorce almost 9 yrs. ago. It takes time and you have to be willing to wait or you'll find yourself settling just to have some means of companionship.
