Justice prevails but I still don't know how loud is acceptable. Well I guess I do but not the definition they have in mind.
"Having considered the appeal from your tenant, the Board of Directors has decided to waive a fine of $150 for loud music. The Board believes that your tenant has acted reasonably and attempted in good faith to resolve the issue with the tenant of the neighboring unit. The Board does expect that your tenant will continue to make every effor to minimize the sound tranmission from the unit." Minimize the sound transmission from the unit? Haha! After the grief they put me through? |

The funny thing is I have not been playing any of my music but they have been doubling the amount of sound they are making over there since this decision was made. I just checked my mail and now I know it too.

this is the dog/music thing right?? yes it is and now they are stomping up and down their stairs like they weigh 300 pounds. Whats equally funny is the girl who complained my be in her early 20's. Usually it is the older person who does the complaining. |
