I was wondering if anyone knows exactly how the mutual match feature works? I have had some women who are listed as mutual matches not communicate with me when I send them a message. I don't get it? If we both indicated we are interested in each other, then why don't they communicate?

mutual match is designed for ppl to want to meet someone, but, they all have laryngitis of the fingers and cannot reply when contacted. Or, it is so ppl can indicate that they want to meet someone, when infact they have no desire to meet anyone, but, instead, just stay in their lonely little existence out of fear of the outside.

In my opinion mutual match should mean both people have selected each other as someone they are interested in - if that is not the case, it is wrong for just say hi to promote it as a feature - the just say hi system should not match a man and woman together just because of common interests!

wouldnt it be nice if the mutual matches came after talking to someone for a bit in emails? ha!!!!!! its a darned stranger that never looked at your profile..... thats what ive found mutual match to be....

jrott, we feel that it should work as it now does -- if both users answer either "yes" or "maybe" to each another, then it is up to them to contact each other. In any event, we thank you for the input.

I keep getting messages saying "1 new member has said they want to meet me through mutual match but you havent rated them. I rate a bunch of photos but am never told who said they matched me. I think this web site is using promotional plants and gimmicks to fool us. Most personals web sites do that.
