I know, Kristi- but it's so hard. You have to stand there and let them make life changing decisions that they can never take back..it makes me ache.

Ohh girl I do hear your pain I have had my trials with my son and still at times do. It kills me at times to say no to him but then I know if I don't he will never learn on his own. How sweet it would be if raising kids was easy.

But....then I have a daughter that I have not had a moments problem with straight A's full time job College and paying for it herself only took out a grant one year. The perfect child, sweet same b/f for 3 years that is a Fireman.

Believe me my son has made up for all she did not do. He made sure he did enough for both of them lol

She is not even 18 yet..does the pain get easier? How do I just let go and move on with my own life?

Sweetie I don't know if we ever can,, I cry with my daughter she is now 23 and wants a divorce from the most kindest man in the world,, cause she says she does not know what she wants,,, Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh my heart breaks for him he is in so much pain all because my daughter the child I gave birth too, raised with love ,,, yet she has lately spread so much pain,,, I cry at night wondering what I did wrong,,, Ohhhhhhhhhhh sheshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh look at me,, Hugs sweetie,, I will hold you and you can hold me,,,,

I have learned tho,, I need to be happy I love my daughter she knows I am always there for her,, And that what she has done has hurt me and the family,, not to say her Husband,, the Love will always be there,,

It gets easier,, it takes time,, healing will come and yes you can move forward knowing you have done all you can..
