After you get your mind out of the gutter....think about it.
It's so cool to live in a time when women are redefining what it means to be a woman. Men as well are venturing outside their (so called) gender character. I find it incredibly sexy when a woman knows how to handle a skill saw, drives a race car, or throws a 75 mi hr fastball. I know women find sensitivity attractive (choking up at a movie, brings his mother flowers weekly, lovingly changes a diaper) but Do women find it appealing when a man can make a great soufflé, crochet an afghan, or pick a china pattern? women with jackhammers - men and needlepoint..Waddaya think? |

I have lived with wood stove heat quite a bit, and I must admit, there is something about a woman with a chainsaw

The search and rescue teams up here on the mountain are comprised of 40% women.
If I was in trouble, I would trust any "person" on any one of those teams with my life. |

Absolutely, any man of mine should be very comfortable in the kitchen, either cooking or watching and if he wants to crochet, more power to him! Does not make him any less of a man in my eyes. I dated a chef and Loved it! Man what he could do in the kitchen! And I personally would much rather spend an afternoon at Home Depot than any mall! I love power tools and gadgets!! And that does not make me any less of a woman. Gender based roles are just an indicator of past behaviours, and all roles are meant to be broken! |
