You are both correct. First the NG are not federal troops. They are a state militia. They can be used by the federal gov but they are not federal troops. If a governor of a state request help from the federal gov congress and only congress can grant permission. Without me typing 20 pages of legal mumbo jumble I will give you a link to the laws and circumstances for the use of Fed troops in civil affairs, but basically you are both right in one sense or another. http://www.fas.org/sgp/crs/natsec/RS22266.pdf

Everyone knows I am a conservative Republican, would never vote for her. BUT, JUST WHY should she drop out? The race between the democrats is so close, she has worked hard (OMG, I cannot believe I am defending her), she is more worthy of the nomination than Obama. Who is he anyway? NOBODY. I agree.their votes should be counted and Go Hilary. The voters in Fa and Michigan have nobody to blame but their own State Democrat Party. They were warned in advance and ignored the warnings trying to force the issue with the National Party. They wanted a more prominent role in determining their nominee, and ignored the rules set up before hand by the party leaders. Its just the primaries anyway cute.

Obama was not the only candidate who removed his name from their ballots, and Hillary only cries about it because she is losing. She is a spoiled sport!

We just need a national primary day, like the national election day. Make it the last tuesday before the last sunday in October. Think of how short the campaigns would be!! We'd all get to be free of political attack ads, because the candidates would have one, maybe two weeks to get your vote. They'd have to state a real platform wouldn't they?

We just need a national primary day, like the national election day. Make it the last tuesday before the last sunday in October. Think of how short the campaigns would be!! Thank you so much Jackie And to make matters worse He is in Washington State and i can't afford to go to his funeral but i did get to see him in March & i told him & his wife, my Aunt Louise that I loved them but, i didn't say good bye to them, when i flew back home cause there are so many people up there getting old and it is just too painful to come and go all the time and not know who is going to be there when you return this very feisty girl is one really big softy inside
