this might get moved but here it goes..........if someone gave you an STD would you be mad? Do you believe there should be laws protecting you against these type of people? If someone gave you HIV should you beable to press attemped murder charges? Any other should you beable to have some kind of legal right to protect yourself? Should these people have a tattoo letting us know who they are so they can't keep spreading stuff?

Well it depends do you ask that person if she or he have it be4 you have sex? If you don't ask how can you be mad. And if you do ask and he or she and they say no and you pop up with std then hell yeah u should be mad. But agine thats why they make rubbers.

rubbers do not protect 100% against everything and if you know you had something how could you live with yourself knowing you were going to give it to someone else.........i think i would rather go the rest of my life without then making someone else suffer.....that's just me

Well there is a law about this I do not know how many of you live here in milwaukee or neare to mil town but any ways there is this 17 year in court for this they got him on attempt muder charges. He got hiv. So if someone know that they have hiv or aids and dont tell u oh yeah they can go to jail.

it is scary anymore........you never know.........even if you ask.......even if you test there is always the chance that you may stll end up with something.........i kind of wish people went back to being a virgin till they got married........i know it won't ever happen again but sex is scary and people just don't care if they give what they have to the rest of the world

yes there are some laws...not enough...and yes i'd be mad. but than again it is partly my fault for taking that risk...but i do think if someone has HIV a tat..very small in a private place of the body is not a bad idea...
