Nope.... not weird. You are attracted to the presence they have, that is all. It is more attraction to what the attitude is than to them. I know the feeling.

It's very upsetting to like a man that is morally untouchable. I've had this dilemma all weekend with my friend. Makes ya feel like a jerk I'm glad you brought this up cuz I don't feel so alone

Last fall I had this big crush on my playwriting professor. (He's AMAZING) I didn't know he was married let alone was having a kid! And it was doubly weird because we were pretty close. We spoke a lot outside of class and he was very interested in my work. So, yeah, you're not alone.

I think it is no different than men who are attracted to pregnant women. Like Lilith said it is the aura of happiness they are putting off.
