I've always pondered that but never seem to get the right answer.

I might ask the same. Why is it so hard to meet a nice woman who appreciates a nice guy. Why do all the women go after only the ****heads and then complain about. 
All women complain about men, that's just a fact of life. and "nice" guys are never NICE when they term themselves as such. |

yea i think my problem is my town. lol.. they are all a little... backwoods here. lol i moved here like 2 years ago.. im a strong independent woman, i work full time school full time and still manage to go to the gym daily... apparently having all your stuff together scares the guys here in okeechobe Having it together scares a lot of men. It seems like if you don't have the "damsel in distress" look then you're intimidating.

I think to some extent, it may have something to do with where you are looking. Ever hear of the old adage: "If you lie down with dogs you'll get fleas"?
Now of course that isn't to say it's the complete cause, but sometimes a change of scenery can help you better find the type of person you're after. |

That's a great point too, if you dress or act as if you're easy and don't respect yourself, you're going to attract the type of people that are going to take advantage of that. Not to say you or anyone else does that here per se, but you have to show you have respect for yourself if you want it given back to you.

I wasn't saying there's anything wrong with it per se, but it looks suggestive... maybe it might be scaring off the more respectful type of guy... again, just a thought... I would remove the pics showing skin and the tatt, including any suggestive facial expressions or poses and try an experiment to see if your luck changes. |

Hey! there are some of us right here in California that have our sh!t together......i have a great job, a nice home, i work out regularly, and when i date i always treat 'me lady' with respect....Intimidated?.....hardly....wish i could meet a women who had her sh!t together.....but i can tell what happens all too often....So many women don't really want us guys unless we fit into there round box.....Ever see a 'Square' guy try to fit in a round box? Gets a little 'edgy'

Alot of the guys put in their post looking for average to thin women..so I dont bother to respond..lol...Oh well its ok..they were the ones looking at my profile to start with, not the other way around..LOL

i didnt have my tat pic up for a long time until people started complaining i didnt have a body shot, (no tripod and i live alone lol) and it was the only one i had that showed my body..

plus its not here that im meeting the bad guys.. its here in my town and the towns surrounding... i dont go to trashy bars or anything, in fact i usually spend my time at school or in the book store in the next time...
