I believe in the after life

We are pretty stupid, you have to admit.

I can't believe it all ends when you die; but I know of no way to definitively prove this issue one way or another.

How can you understand death if you cant understand life?

interesting my son asked this question this afternoon ..hes 9...he asked howdo we know if theres a heaven..i said we dont...why do people believe ..i said faith..he said what if its just darkness or your reborn and just cant remember your other life...insightfull for a 9 year old

Most would like to think there is Life After Death, including me, seeing that I hope/ pray I go before my children, and then Hopefully I can watch over them from above, but noone would truly know this answer....

Death is death, thats why its called death, if it was anything but death it'd be called life, but it's not. What happens when a tree dies... it rots, what happens when a cow dies.... it becomes hamburger, what happens when a human dies... either their friends and family burn their remains or they become worm food... death is the end, thats what death means, saying that there is a life after death is like saying you can eat a piece of cake and still have it on the plate... no, sorry to burst any bubbles but death is end, finale, omega, nothing after... Thats why its called DEATH!

I think it's less about stupidity than superstition, although there can certainly be some degree of overlap.

Humans have some sort of innate desire to perceive things as they would like them to be....realistically or (as is more often the case) not.

the soul doesnt die, the body does, humans are only ones with a soul, we are supose to take care of everything else on earth
