I am not big on buffets .. rarely eat them I am not a big eater .. (((((((shoes))))))) when did you get back????

when you go to a buffet...do you know exactly what you want at a glance and get just that...or do you fill your plate with some of everything there? I just pull a chair right up there

there is a buffet here in town that my daughter and i love to go to. we pretty much go straight for what we came for...crab legs and sushi hehehe

I am an official power lunch member. I love chinese buffets! 2 plates is enough for me though. :-) I work out and stay active. I also do not eat after 7PM. So I can stay pretty for the ladies!

1st plate is always salad and cottage cheese with pineapples for me. 2nd plate is whatever the main courses are,and a piece or two of bread. 3rd plate(if desired)is a bit more of whatever tasted the best from plate #2. I didn't get this big eatin salad alone, ya know.. But at least I can bench my weight plus 100 lbs.. Crappy on cardio, tho.. Need to get the Schwinn rollin again soon..

I love my chinese buffets on Saturdays! I always eat the same things first. Then maybe try new. Then the deserts.
