when you go to a buffet...do you know exactly what you want at a glance and get just that...or do you fill your plate with some of everything there?

I fill my plate with what I want on the 1st trip. 2nd and 3rd trips are for trying new foods.

I get so grossed out watching how some of the people at those places eat, that I completely loose my appetite!

i am a person that does love a good salad (mainly). But, sometimes i do get beef, or pork RIBS.

I've stopped trying to get my money's worth. I pay for it later with stomach aches and weight gain. And, I go for what I like in moderate portions.
