People ask because they don't know, I have never blocked any callers, and wouldn't know if I was being blocked.

when you are being blocked on a cell phone ? You wouldn't know if you were being blocked or if they were out of cell range because it is the same signal. I can block on my phone and it goes to the ATT generic message, which is the same as if I'm out of service range. I would never block you.
