anyone know? Question: if one doesnt have a drivers license.. and is driving someones car with them and their baby in in knowing this person doesnt have a drivers license... if there were an accident.. is that baby covered by the owners insurance if they have any? and hello no its not me to do this!!!! id never think of such a thing to put another one into danger... or take that risk... but i seen this happen yesterday... and quite frankly am appauled that the mother would even think twice about letting her baby ride in a car under these circumstances.....

hmm Deb I think that varies based on what type of coverage they selected, doesn't it? I mean not all carry medical coverage for everyone in their car or for someone else driving their car. I do, but don't think all people do.

Geez I don't know laugh

ok ive seen this too.... one with a drivers license..... and driving their own vehicle...... has no insurance.... is one with insurance covered on their own policy if there is a accident and medical bills to pay? and how about children in a car with a driver licensed and no insurance on their vehicle?

if they have insurance for the vehicle and 3rd party liability yes, but if something tragic happened they will go after the party that didnt have dl. recover cost from that person.

ok seahawks for instance they were going 60 mph and hit a telephone pole?... say the driver with the license and no insurance? say i as a passenger that is a responsible person who has my own car insurance..... would mine pay for me? perhaps i didnt know this person didnt even have insurance?

im not sure about yur insurance policies there, but 3rd party or underinsured protection would cover then recover cost from other party.

and im thinking on the first example..... that for that girl to cover her baby in the hospitol even if she had insurance... that she would have to say the driver stole the car.... and then she would be canceled anyway in the end...

honestly it just makes mesick sick to think any parent would knownly put their child in this situation..... may as well throw them in a car with a drunk driver with a .30!!! maybe he would be covered.... i just cant imagine doing either myself ... should have their kid taken away.... cause u are endangering their well being knowinglynoway

no insurance is liable if they know very well that person driving the car do not own a valid driver license.Majority of the authorities treat the car owner as sharing liability for an accident for which the borrower is responsible. In such a car accident liability the car owner's part of liability may be condition of consequence on law or careless handing over as it is assumed in law, its the duty of every one to take care care of himself and his property with outmost care
