Depends on the situation. I traveled 14 hrs once. Wasnt worth it but I did it.

i think that if you have a connection with someone, distance should be a stopping factor.

I flew from AZ to SC (nearly coast to coast) and still think it was worth it, even if he was an immature butt. The view was beautiful!
