It started nice, now its kinda blah... my energy level is low, i dont want to do anything, and i still have to go for my bike ride, and its raining.*sighs*

i do too, most days. but i have to take at least an hour bike ride, or half hour bike ride, half hour run. then push ups and sit ups. and biking in the rain...not that fun

I'm a little tired too, but only cuz I was helping my brother out all day long!!

I don't ever feel like working out either, I have to do it first thing in the morning, or I won't do it at all.

i'm on a verry limited diet and i have to work on my arm strenght. and cardio...blah!
then walmart didnt have the sports bras i needed in the right colors. so i had to go across town to get them |

Cardio sucks, afterwards you feel great, but I hate doing cardio. Strength isnt so bad, What kind of diet you on?? If you dont mind me asking.

i'm gonna drag my lazy self outside, and go for that stupid bike ride...then my pushups, situps, and maybe if i have energy left over...i'll dance a little
