So, I am looking to restructure one of my departments. Ran an ad and have had an overwhelming flow on interviews the last few days....

Today I interview a guy who seems decent, good work history, and overall looks promising. Well, we perform a drug screening and a criminal background check...I asked him if wished to pursue the opportunity by doing so and he mentions...

"I have court in a week for charges pending, I am up on charges for RAPING MY DAUGHTER!"...."That may show up on my background check..I may be found guilty if the DNA shows anything".....

Well, it took every bit of me to not grab this guy by his freakin throat!
