thanks!!!! i got an energy boost half way into my bike ride cool that good ya got up did some things yepp i biked for an hour, and then danced a little..i'm putting off my sit ups and pushups till before bed... but then i cleaned a bit too!!!! HI Tanya!!!!!!!!

blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah hey dina hi Kerry. don't mind me. i'm just miserable. awwwww hon its ok i was like that earlier today I just can't shake this funk I'm in since I finished student teaching. When I'm all stressed out, I thrive on it even though I'm all stressed about it. Then when it's done, I crash and burn. It just sucks. I know exactly how you feel!

So how do you beat it? I still have a research paper that I need to write and I can't get motivated to do that. I also need to get my paperwork in for my certification and do the online applications and and and... there's still so much to do but I have zero motivation.

This semester I was bad, I waited to the very very last minute to get things done! I dreaded doing it too, but as soon as its done, you'll feel better for a little bit.
