I met him, I believe it was 1985 or 1986 when he and John Lithgow were filming in Jonesboro, GA. I was a desk clerk at the Crowne Plaza, where they were staying. John always said hello, remembered our names and chatted for a minute or two. Mr. Freeman, on the other hand would grunt what he wanted (mail, etc), never had a smile or a "hello", or anything. I respect him as an actor, but that experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I met David Carradine in Toronto years ago when I was working site security. He was stoned out of his gourd but acted nice enough.
